How to Commission/What to expect

Contact me. In order for me to accept or complete the commission, we need to discuss what is expected from me and what I can readily provide. This also covers deadlines, additional wants and needs, among other things. Failure to communicate on your part does not require me to accommodate you.
Full payment is required. I will not begin a commission unless full payment is provided first. Half payments are not accepted. I also do not allow payment through any type of cryptocurrency--I will only accept payment through Paypal USD.
Refunds are on a case-by-case basis. Should you change your mind, need your money returned, or for other reasons, refunds are always up for discussion. Please understand, however, that I will only refund a payment if no progress on your commission has been made; I will also take a small fee for my time or decline the refund altogether. If a refund is agreed upon after progress on your commission has been started, you will receive a percentage of the initial payment back along with a small fee for my time and effort.
Payment will come through Paypal invoices. After confirming the information reguarding a commission, I will request your Paypal email address in order to send you an invoice. The commission will not be started until you pay this invoice. Unfortunately, this is the only form of payment I will accept at current.
The only currency accepted is USD. Paypal allows you to convert money into USD upon sending if you use an alternate currency. I will not accept any other currency other than USD and I expect you to cover any conversion costs.
I may work out of order. This means that, sometimes, I may complete commissions that came before or after yours if they are simpler in order to streamline the production process. Please understand this and have patience if your commission hasn't been completed yet.
Let me know if there is a deadline. If you are commissioning me for someone's birthday or any other deadline orientated date; please let me know before payment is exchanged. Depending on my schedule and what I may or may not be able to provide, your commission may be declined for this reason. Please understand.

Your emotes/art are not commercial property. Unless discussed with me and agreed upon with a commercial fee, your emotes are still under my copyright and must adhere to my property requirements. COMMISSION PAYMENT IS NOT A TRANSACTION FOR COMMERCIAL OWNERSHIP.
Please properly discuss with me the interest in purchasing commercial property of your commission. This purchase with be with an additional fee either with the purchase of the initial commission or thereafter. Any commercial property purchased will come with a detailed explanation of rights and obligations that, if not followed, will be considered a breach of contract and will result in the usage rights of my artwork being revoked and a DMCA being issued if usage is continued. A mutual agreement on the terms and conditions of property with the funds of purchase being exchanged and documented is considered a signature of contract.
Editing of my emotes/artwork is prohibited. Variations and/or edits of my emotes from an outside source (i.e. another artist or content creator) is prohibited. I am more than willing to make changes to an existing emote or create a variation for a small fee.
Credit is required for usage of my property. Any artwork of mine being used publicly should be properly credited and/or linked back to one of my social media accounts.
Twitch.tv emote commissions will come with all three sizes. Upon completion of a Twitch.Tv emote, the three sizes for the emote to be publicly uploaded to your account will be provided either via attachments or an Imgur album for your convenience.

Up-Fees

There is a chance your commission might come with additional fees. While not normal, if you request any additional items or terms for your commission, please be prepared to pay any additional fees. Additional charges range anywhere from one cent to double the base price.

Terms and Conditions

Prices are valued per-character. Should you commission art that has more than one character within it, you will be billed depending on the number of individuals within the artwork.
Refunds are on a case-by-case basis. Should you change your mind, need your money returned, or for other reasons, refunds are always up for discussion. Please understand, however, that I will only refund a payment if no progress on your commission has been made; I will also take a small fee for my time. After progress on your commission has been started, you will receive a percentage of the initial payment back along with a small fee for my time and effort.
Reselling my artwork is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited too, mass reproduction in the form of t-shirts, mugs, stickers, etc. on websites such as RedBubble or similar merchandise stores. You are NOT permitted to sell my art via Non Fungible Token (NFT) or any form of cryptocurrency.
You do not own the copyright of any paid commissions. When commissioning me, you are paying for my time and talent to create personalized art to your request. You are not buying or paying for the copyright ownership of said artwork, and I reserve the right to deny the usage of my artwork during any time for any reason.
Editing, reuploading, or using my artwork outside of my consent is prohibited. Commissioners looking to use my artwork for things such as profile pictures are allowed as long as you do not personally take credit for my artwork. Please avoid editing my artwork in any way outside of simple things such as cropping or color adjusting. Contact me if there is any change you would like to make and we will discuss it.
By commissioning me and completing a transaction, it means you have read and understand the details outlined here and agree to all of the terms.
